Kannst Du spüren, was mit Deiner Motivation passiert?!

Yippieh!

Alles Liebe und viel Motivation für Dich!

Dein André Loibl

You can Motivate Yourself Easily with Subliminal Motivation

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Everyone needs a little bit of a boost in their motivation levels now and again. Perhaps you have struggling to exercise, to study for your exams, or maybe to go out and party with work colleagues?

We all go in and out of motivation sometimes and this is quite normal. However if you constantly find yourself unmotivated, not bothered about things, or would rather take the easy way out then you might have a problem.

You need to take action sooner rather than later. Before if becomes a bigger problem. The problem in itself is not coming from your environment, or anything physical. It is not the fault of your parents, or your friends. It all only exists within your mind. You are responsible for your own motivation!

It might not seem like it, but you are also in control of your motivation at all times. You have control over your mind , you have within you the ability to influence your mind and easily increase your motivation. This can be done by a number of methods:

NLP - analysing your patterns of thought and seeing where there are negative thoughts that are sabotaging your motivation.

Positive affirmations - repeating statements to yourself to fire yourself up: “I am motivated”, “I can do anything”, “I am energized” etc.

Or there is another way. A simple method which is gaining popularity and that is through the use of subliminal messages. This is a method of self development based purely on nlp. Actually all that subliminal messages are is positive affirmations, but sent to your mind subliminally. This means you don't hear the affirmation, but it is registered by your unconscious mind.

In this way you can make changes within your mind almo and boost your levels of motivation faster. Simply play the subliminal cds as and when you need them: Before that deadline, while you study, when preparing to go for a run etc. You will notice your drive and motivation naturally increase.

Check out the leading motivation mp3 album here and start making these changes in your mind today.

At 34, Angelina Jolie Is a Poster Child for Women’s Motivation

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

Who is this super-woman?  A beauty, an actress, a mother of six children (inluding three adopted), a Goddess in the eyes of many, a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency, a three-time Golden Globe Winner, two-time Screen Actors Guild Awards Winner, Academy Award Winner?  All of the above!  And all this at the still tender age of just thirty four.

Born in Los Angeles, California on June 4, 1975, Angelina Jolie has become more than an icon.  The “Queen of All Media” tops 2009’s “Celebrity Top 100″ list published by Forbes Magazine every year.

Today, Jolie is one of the best known celebrities around the world. According to the Q Score, in 2000, subsequent to her Oscar win, 31% of respondents in the United States said Jolie was familiar to them, by 2006 she was familiar to 81% of Americans. In a 2006 global industry survey by ACNielsen in 42 international markets Jolie, together with Brad Pitt, was found to be the favorite celebrity
endorser for brands and products worldwide. Jolie was among the Time 100, a list of the 100 most influential people in the world, in 2006 and 2008.  She was described as the world’s most beautiful woman in the 2006 “100 Most Beautiful” issue of People, and she was voted the greatest sex symbol of all time in the British Channel 4 television show The 100 Greatest Sex Symbols in 2007.

Starting in 2005, her relationship with Brad Pitt became one of the most reported celebrity stories worldwide. After Jolie confirmed her pregnancy in early 2006, the unprecedented media hype surrounding them “reached the point of insanity” as Reuters described it in their story “The Brangelina fever”. Trying to avoid the media attention, the couple went to Namibia for the birth of Shiloh, “the most anticipated baby since Jesus Christ”, as it had been described. Two years later, Jolie’s second pregnancy again fueled a media frenzy. For the two weeks she spent in a seaside hospital in Nice, reporters and photographers camped outside on the promenade to report on the birth.

There have been recent rumors of a break up between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, but the couple has consistently denied those rumors.

Boost Your Personal Growth In 5 Easy Steps

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

There are times when we all face our share of hurdles and get demotivated. The list below is a reminder of some easy, but impactful things we can do to charge ahead.

1. Embody who you want to be right away – don’t try, just be.

This is where most people stunt their personal growth. I’m not saying don’t try or work at anything. I’m only referring to the mindset.

Now the mindset people often have is that to be someone or achieve something, they must first try and work hard at it and only then will they be who they want to be.

Let me give you an example. Say you want to quit smoking. Instead of telling people and especially yourself that you are trying to quit smoking, just say, “I’m a non-smoker.” Do it immediately.  Don’t wait around “trying” and then say that you are a non-smoker. You want to embody and internalize the change and the faster you do it the faster your growth will be.

So instead of telling people you’re going to try and meditate everyday, say, “I practice meditation everyday.”

2. Read, read, read – keep an open heart and mind

Well, you don’t have to just read. But watch videos, listen to audios, attend seminars, visit workshops. What I’m saying is that one of the keys to personal growth is education and keeping your mind open to all possibilities.

You won’t hit your unifying life philosophy the first time round but if you keep at it and open your mind and heart to all the research and ideas that are whirling about us, you will eventually find where you belong and what works for you.

“In addition to reading ten pages a day of a motivational or inspirational book…listen to a self-improvement CD for at least 15 minutes every day… If you spend that time listening to educational and self-improvement material, you’ll have the equivalent of a Ph.D. on any subject you choose in just a few years. That’s the Slight Edge.” ~Jeff Olson, author of “The Slight Edge: Secret to a Successful Life”

Be patient and persevere. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your enlightenment.

3. Be grateful – appreciate what you have

This is one critical aspect thing that too many people overlook. In all the rush to develop, grow, and increase self-awareness, many people often leave behind one of the most important things in life and learning. And that's the meaning of gratitude.

Gratitude gives you perspective. The mental attitude of gratitude draws the mind into closer touch with the source from which the blessings come. It's really impactful and will boost your happiness levels.

Just the act of expressing gratitude daily can increase your happiness by 25%.

4. Leave time to self reflect – recuperation time

In this crazy world of information overload it can be hard to disseminate all the data coming in. Like I said earlier, one should do everything to open their hearts and minds to all the ideas in the realm of personal development. But having said that, you need to take some time and self reflect.

This is where the true self-discovery happens. This is where you find who you are. Use meditation, visualizations, or even just quiet contemplation. Your brain is an amazing and wonderful tool. It will piece together everything you’ve ever learnt from before you could remember to right now.

I strongly suggest meditating to let your brain work itself out. You don’t want to overload yourself with data. Like a runner who sprints for 3 minutes and rests for 9, you must do the same.

5. Discipline – make personal growth a habit.

Personal development like running a business or completing a PhD requires discipline, perseverance, and patience. I know I sound a bit like a mother right now but discipline will become your best friend.

Personal growth may come with the image of carefree hippies frolicking in a field of daisies but it couldn’t be farther from the truth. Although daisy-field frolicking is fun.

Personal growth comes with reshaping your mindset, creating new habits, resetting your routine, and changing your perspective.

You cannot do all that without those 3 annoying syllables: discipline.

So create a new habit. For example, tell yourself, “I will meditate every morning for 15 minutes at 8 AM.” Now do it. Everyday. Or read for 30 minutes every evening on personal growth.

Now Would Be A Good Time

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

There’s no time like the present when it comes to doing what you want to do in life. The idea of time being equal to money is a truth. Why riches? You may ask. It is because money has worth and time vanished equals lost money. Keep in mind, time is treasured currency that must be spent wisely.

We are told that the reason successful people is because they have discovered how to spend their time intelligently. We are also to understand that many people fail in life because they do not act in the now, but rather prefer to postpone their actions. To be sure, procrastination is the bandit of time. In addition to respecting time, you need to respect yourself. If you respect yourself, you will employ your time intelligently. To help inspire you in this area, here are some good self-respect quotes to read.

Our actions today determine our lot tomorrow. Currently, our monetary sacrifices ensure us of our monetary safekeeping and monetary independence tomorrow. “One of these days” may never take place but the present instant is everything we have to make a difference. We must promise ourselves to behave productively without warning. The present is the untaken treasure available to us.

THis minute is the moment to set your measurable goals. This hour is the time to get clear on the purpose of your life. This is the stage to expand your struggles. Now is the time to read a life-changing motivational book or inspiring words like nobility quotes or prosperity quotes. This second is the moment to make sensible selections regarding your lifestyle, relationships, hopes, and profession.

This minute would be the time to get your personal creedo in order. Look out for the seconds, and the minutes will look out for themselves. Take care of the hours and the day will be easier to manage. Each moment is important. Enjoy it!

Is Reality Different Than It Seems?

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

Right now there is more information coming in from all your senses than you could ever possibly keep conscious track of. Fortunately, the mental filters of your pre-conscious mind limit what you become aware of.

One estimate (I’d say more of a guess) I’ve seen is that the pre-cortical brain processes and filters several orders of magnitude more information than is passed onto The conscious brain.

Consider the fact that all the sensory nerves in your body continually fire, sending information to your brain, most of which you are never aware of. If I asked you what your right foot feels like you can tell me. But before I asked, you probably weren’t consciously aware of the messages coming from your foot.

That’s a simple example of how this pre-conscious filtering works.

Here’s an example of how these mental filters can determine the reality we perceive. I used to drive a silver Camry. When I’m on the road now I notice green Intrepids  like the one I used to drive.

All the others cars on the road fade into the general category of “cars” but the preconscious mind continually screens the incoming information for something that might be important to me. When it sees a car like my old Intrepid, it brings it to my attention.

My point here is that we all have internal mental filters that affect what we perceive and how we perceive it.  Therefore, these mental filters determine the reality we experience at least as much as what’s actually our there.

I see a road filled with silver Toyotas and you see red Chevys. They’re both there, but what each of us sees is determined by our filters.

I think it’s easy to see how the quality of your mental filters affects the quality of your life.

Most people live life by default. That is they don’t make any conscious effort to control their style of thinking, their mental filters. They allow them to develop by accident.

You can live your life differently. You can take control and set your filters in a way to support you and help you lead the quality of life you want.

I’ve found a site that will help you do that: www.JFMcCaffreyMD

Dr McCaffrey has a lot of articles on all aspects ofvital living - mental, physical and emotional. you can read a bit more about mental filters at: How Real Is Your Reality?

I think you’ll also enjoy the page: Improve Your Worldview - A Modest Proposal to tell you an easy way to eliminate one the most damaging influences on our mental filters.

While you’re visiting the site, be sure to sign up to get the free special The Surprising Power of the Heart. it’s information I haven’t seen anywhere. Among other things, it tells you how much more influence messages from the heart have on the brain than visa-versa. Check it out.

Some people are ashamed of anything related to Self Promotion

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

I very often see blog posts with a title that reads “Shameless Self Promotion” followed by a small blurb about their new product or their new self help book.It is really strange to see how many people out there use those words.  I get blog posts daily related to self promotion and the majority of them are start with the words “a bit of Shameless Self Promotion”.

You might think that the title “Shameless Self Promotion” appears once in a while here and there on a blog or a website. No, I’m talking 80% of the internet posts that talk about self promotion start with some variation of “Shameless Self Promotion”.When I saw this I decided to write a blog, then articles and finally a self help book.

Do you think people don’t like selling themselves ?  Do you think people will recent you or block you in some mental or unconscious way? I don’t get it! What is happening?  For starters, most of these internet entries come from people that have great content on their websites and blogs, so promote it, otherwise people will never find out and benefit from that content.

In this article I will give you a new perspective on selling yourself.  You see, self promotion is an impulse that started with survival, with a primal instinct of self preservation.  Soon after it turned into a social skill that also required helping others to survive and strive in society in order to have more people helping each other and, yes, helping you.  This was the beginning of self promotion and it evolved into what we have today.

Now, you also have to remember that if you have a good product or a good service and people will benefit from it there is no shame in promoting it.Always remember, your products, servicess, content, blog, is providing a solution. This single thing is the premise of this post.  –If you provide value you need to promote it- This value can be with a product or service and it can also be form your advice, expertise, stories or blog posts. This new strategy or way of living is now part of a book “The Unselfish Guide to Self Promotion”.

Unselfish Self Promotion means that you provide value first. You always provide some kind of “worth” to sociaty or readers or strangers.  You provide it in content, products, advice and friendship. If you are unselfish and provide value you are using self promotion, or “unselfish self promotion”.

Encouragement Words And New Start

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

If you feel like you have hit a wall i.e you wish you could just start on a clean slate then words of encouragement to a friend in time of need can play a major factor in getting you up and going.

The reasons that drive us to make certain changes in our lives are different and they affect each one of us differently.

1.    Losing some you love: There are also different losses in this category. For example, you can lose someone you love through death. I remember a friend of mine who lost a loved one about two years ago and up until now her pictures still take up most of the space in his phone. Sometimes he cries for no apparent reason – I guess it’s when he misses her.

If you identify with my friend and want to heal and move on then you need to really believe that you can and it okay to move on. Do not feel like you are neglecting her memory or simply forgetting about him or her. Take the memories with you and they will keep you strong.

2.    First day in a new job: free encouragement cards for a special friend available online are a vital aspect of coping in a new office with new people. This brings memories of my first day at work. The one thing I remember about it is how nervous I was. It takes time to get used to a new office. Allow a few days to get used to the place before you give up on it. Before you know it you will be comfortable and reaching your full potential at work.

3.    New country: if you have just moved into a new country I can only imagine how lonely you feel. The best way to get over being home sick or lonely is to try and find good things to excite you and laugh about. Get out of the house, go to the mall, watch some movies or find some positive words of encouragement on the web. This way you will start to experience the best part of being in a new area and you will relax and enjoy the fresh start.

Is The Law of Attraction Just a Load of Bunkum?

Friday, June 12th, 2009

Can I take it that you have probably watched the video ‘The Secret’ you may have been inspired by that video to read about how to use the Law of Attraction in order of attracting prosperity into your life. Based on what you read and watched in the video you may have even tried to apply the Law of Attraction in your life with the idea of attracting prosperity, then what, are you any different today than before you watched the video, still struggling on the greasy pole of sleep, eat, work with very little to show for it.

So is it all meaningless twaddle?

Yet another ‘con’ originated by very rich individuals to squeeze even more dollars out of your already empty wallet.

All you had to do was think about what you wanted such as manifesting abundance and do nothing else but wait for the universal law to provide If only it were that simple.

The trouble is most so called ‘Gurus’ will give you case studies of how the Law of Attraction has worked for them and others they have taught attracting prosperity then you will start attracting prosperity into your life, they will tell you it requires no effort on your part to apply the Law of Attraction, but they leave out the most valuable information, the bit that tells you ‘HOW’. What they had really to do to get the Law of Attraction working in their lives

This is why you and hundreds of other people have failed to experience the wonder of how the Law of Attraction can bring real abundance into your and their lives.

If I gave you a map of an area without town names on or road numbers it would be absolutely meaningless as it is incomplete. You could look at it for hours and still not be able to calculate a route from ‘A’ to ‘B’. Yet faced with half baked instructions of the power of the Law of Attraction individuals declare it as ‘Bunkum’ and ‘Unworkable’ dismissing this universal law.

There are also individuals who have been given the complete instruction concerning the Law of Attraction, but have been given no or little understanding or its power. They change things around to suit their understanding thereby getting a watered down version and then they are amazed when nothing happens, is it any wonder that they give up their own quest and spread the word that it does not work, which is music to the ears of the individual who wants success but not the work to get that success.

Then there are those who hear half the story from a law of attraction book go on to invent their own half baked theories which fail to produce any substance but by then they have taken your money and disappeared into the Cosmos!

Finally there are those who declare that there is just one step for attracting prosperity, carry out this one step and you will have true abundance in every area of your life, sorry there is not such method that I am aware of and I have taught the Law of Attraction for over 25 years.

So what really works?

The Law of Attraction is based on a total process which when applied to any area of your life will bring you success. Unfortunately for many they will never taste that success because to apply the Law of Attraction requires discipline and consistency. The discipline to keep going with the process even in the belief that success is just around the next corner, remember when you drill a hole you need to apply the same pressure until you make a breakthrough you do not stop half way declaring that it does not work. Steadiness, because as it is a series of actions you need to accept and follow a technique which you build into a habit that you will not break.

Finally you need to be coached and mentored by someone who has succeeded in successfully applying it to their own life, who has successfully shown people from all walks of life how to apply the Law of Attraction to everything they do and has done so year on year.

You may understand that you have to ask, receive and allow, but do you really understand how to do that and what that all means?

You can learn how to attract affection, money, or happiness or all three in YOUR LIFE NOW!

You can attract the life that you truly desire! All you have to do is learn HOW, and universal law will immediately start

Learn How To Trick The Mind And Become A Better Person

Friday, June 12th, 2009

behavioural patterns

In each of us, there lies a better person who is waiting to come out. This applies to everyone who are suffering from bad habits or bad behavioural patterns which can affect your health.Being a better person doesn’t mean that you are being better for the sake of others, but to improve yourself and achieve the level of success that you deserve. Let us take ambition for an example.

Not everyone of us have the drive to change into a better person and take our lives a notch higher and better. For the latter, we are quite content to work on the things that life hands to us and view the top of the mountain as a waste of effort and energy. Most of the time we do not have much energy and restrict ourselves to our daily monotonous routine which barely benefit us at all. Comfortable with the familiar and insecure with new changes. What about if we have a bad habit like smoking and drinking? There is no physical need for these activities but the mind often tells us that we need to perform them to serve a function and make us feel good. The problem with the world today is that they view nicotine and alcohol as drugs that are purely causing the addiction driving these two industries. I would argue that they are not.

I would say that it is the experience of smoking and drinking and what we associate it with that drive us to do it more and more. It is the feeling of comfort, ease, relaxation and loss of stress that we experience that is more addictive that the actual substance itself. Addiction is a sensory application that we need to recognise, and blaming a chemical compound will get us nowhere. Having any form of mental associations is very powerful because it produces stimulants that causes us to act through out bad habits. It then becomes a routine for the chemicals to get released before, during and after the process, causing us to crave, get satisfies and crave some more eventually.

What do you get when you combine the two? A person with no ambition and one who is driven to death with his addictions. The mind is tricking you and it is time to fight fire with fire. Science and the personal development industry has stepped in and given us the tools that we need to fight the persuasions rooted in the cerebral cortex. Binaural beats, subliminal messages, autogenics and biofeedback are just some of the technologies that are available from medicine and science - for the end user to make use of. Become a better person by attacking the root of the problem - and soon you will see a change in yourself like never before. Bad habits can be cured, if you are really serious about being a better person. Tricking the mind with the use of brainwave entrainment technology really works, so there is no reason that you are not trying it today.
