How can other human beings be influence by the methods of hypnosis?
Every day hypnosis, trance, influence and persuasion is going on around us, most of the time involving us. Almost never are we even aware of it. Hypnosis is utilized in numerous different fields like marketing, therapy, sales and even dating. When you lead another person´s imagination you can speak of hypnosis already. Of course there are many different ways and techniques and different levels of depth which can be applied. When hypnotising other people there are different factors that have to be considered.
There are for example inductions, hypnotic language patterns, imagination, utillization of voice and (very important) the ability to use it subcounsciously. Even if you were to master but one piece of Hypnosis it would improve many skills comprehensively (like persuasion and influence). Combining these tools can and will create a lot more influence and it can be frightening to see how much you can get. Conversational hypnosis is one of the most advanced and most impactful techniques within hypnosis. Imagine how cool it could be truly leading someone’s imagination in a normal conversation.
Do you know what trance is?
Trance is nothing more than a state of relaxation. Getting into and out of trance states is the basis of hypnosis. When you are relaxed your barrier of consciousness decreases (higher relaxation = lower barrier). This is also called critical faculty. The critical faculty acts as a filter system, which decides what information passes through to our unconscious mind and what not. E.g. when you would like to make a change but you are not really sure about it there is obviously some resistance. This resistance is the critical faculty. Our natural conscious resistance decreases when we have been induced into a hypnotic relaxation state. When this happens information can pass easier right down into your unconscious mind. Basically this is the purpose and the basic principle of induced trance states, which people use when hypnotic methods are applied. On the one hand it is very handy to be able to apply hypnosis for increasing your own level of influence and persuasion. On the other hand it is not unimportant to just know the hypnotic tools, in case someone else wants to use them on you.
There are many different techniques of Hypnosis and also many ways of utilizing them. It is without doubt a powerful yet totally underestimated tool by most people but treasured and skillfully developed by influencial people.
